Hi, my name is Ken, and I see the gospel alive when I travel.
Last year, I had the opportunity to travel across Canada, and along the way I had chances to talk to people about Jesus, whether sitting beside someone on a plane or talking with a taxi driver on the way to the airport or to visit a friend.
Many times, I was able to pray with people and ask that God would bless them and help them in their journey to find out who He really is.
It’s amazing to be part of these kinds of spontaneous opportunities that God opens up.
Recently, I was on a flight in Canada and the person sitting beside me was heading to the Northwest Territories. I had been there earlier in my life, so we had lots to talk about.
As the conversation continued, we talked about Jesus. He shared that in high school he had some exposure to the Christian faith and had learned about Jesus.
I was able to encourage him and remind him of the good things Jesus can do in our lives when we give our lives to Him.
I’m still praying for him and trusting God with what comes next in his life.
