Before uploading your video and/or story content, please read and agree:
By submitting this video and/or story content, I confirm that:
- I am sharing my story voluntarily and understand that there is no payment or compensation.
- I give Outreach Canada permission to use my video, audio, image, name (first name and/or city if provided), and story for Gospel Alive Day and related ministry purposes.
- My story may be shared publicly on websites, social media, email, video, broadcast, and print or digital media, now and in the future.
- I understand my video or story may be edited for length or clarity, without changing the meaning.
- I understand that once my story is shared publicly, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed.
- I understand my information will be handled in accordance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
- I may request future removal of my story by contacting Outreach Canada, knowing that previously shared content may not be fully retractable.
- I am 18 years or older, or I am the parent/legal guardian giving consent on behalf of a minor.
- My submission reflects my own experience and does not knowingly including false or third-party confidential information.
